When we're surrounded by clouds,
and they keep rolling in . . .
they bring with them a feeling of doubt
and a mantle of sin.
But it is here, in the darkness . . .
where I feel so alone
The Lord shows how much He loves me,
Leading me into the dawn.
As the clouds rumble in,
I cry out, "Oh, what will I do?"
My Lord is waiting to hear
my cry of "Lord ... what will YOU do?"
If I've given my life to this Savior,
It is His strength that carries me through.
He knows both my pain and my need.
He's just waiting to hear,
"Lord ... what will YOU do?"
He longs for me to lean upon his arms.
They reach out to take me from the pain.
All things I try to do within my own plan
are but defeated before they begin
"Oh, what will I do?" and His answer is . . .
have faith and wait for Him to see me through.
Before I say, "Lord, what will I do," ...
stop and praise Him with these words,
"Lord ... what will YOU do?"
